If your items have been posted we are unable to offer a refund. Please get in touch ASAP if you have changed your mind.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. If for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you are unhappy with it in anyway, it can be exchanged up to 14 days after the original purchase was made.
The item must be returned to us in its original package, unworn and with tags still attached.
Once the item has been received we will then send you your new item. Please note all postage for exchanges is the purchaser’s responsibility.
If you have a faulty or damaged product please contact us at email@example.com. We will arrange for this item to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.
