Domestic shipping

We offer $9 flat rate postage Australia wide. For all orders over $100 postage is FREE!
All items are posted via Australia Post with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your parcel as it makes its way to you!
Your order could take up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on destination. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched along with your tracking number.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available for those of you who live nearby (2229).
Simply select 'local pickup' during checkout and we will send you an email to arrange collection.

New Zealand shipping

We offer $15 flat rate shipping to New Zealand. Please note- bulky items may incur additional shipping charges and we will provide a quote based on weight and location of delivery. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

International shipping

At this stage we don’t offer international shipping. However, if there is something you desperately want don't hesitate to get in touch as we will see what can be arranged! Please note- in these instances all duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged goods

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us immediately at We will arrange for this item to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.

Misplaced orders

All orders are sent using Australia Post and can be tracked using eparcel. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please get in touch and we will look into it for you.

Returned parcels

If a package is returned to us marked undeliverable we will contact you to organise re-delivery at your cost. If you do not respond, you will be refunded the original purchase price minus the shipping charges.
